Reflecting on my journey

"For I know the plans I have for you", declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" Jeremiah 29:11

Embracing diversity & inclusion

My commitment to diversity, inclusion, affordability, and non-discrimination is foundational to my work. I believe in creating equitable opportunities and environments where every individual feels valued and empowered, ensuring access and fairness for all.

Professional development

As a CIT, I embrace the standard that is set forth by GCU, the OBLPCT, and the Community Counseling Center of Ashland. Below is a link to the dispositional values that I follow as a student and aspiring LPC.

Self-care & Wellness

When I find myself with some time to take care of myself, I enjoy camping, fishing, golfing, rooting for my favorite sports teams and spending time with my family. For me, the best way to decompress and stay emotionally regulated involves getting outside to enjoy the fresh air and doing all sorts of activities with the people I love.

Connecting with my community

These reflections are for you – my former, current, and prospective clients, as well as my esteemed teachers and academic supervisors. My hope is that through these insights, you gain a deeper understanding of my core beliefs and the values that drive my commitment to excellence and growth.

This is me- and that is a beautiful thing
